Uparnia is a group/virtual country that was created by Warm and Popcorn on July 19, 2021. Initially called "United Popcorn Inc.", the group started out primarily on Roblox, before shifting to Discord in July 2022. Uparnia.com began in August 2026, serving as the official website for anything Uparnian related. Alpha 1.12 (Halloween)
History
In June 2020, four American boys—Kyle (Kyle370z), Chris (PCtheMalware / ChristianRobloxianXD), Guava (Devguava), and Warm (Warmthomasguy)—formed a Roblox group called "Chill Squad" (later renamed Union Dev). The group grew quickly around Chris’s game, Chill Simulator. By late 2020, leadership shifted and internal conflict increased. Kyle, who originally founded the group, began acting aggressively toward members. Guava eventually took over leadership of the group, demoting Kyle to staff. Over time, Guava’s management style led to further fallouts. He alienated Warm—who was serving as co-owner—by dismissing his ideas and encouraging other members to cut ties with him. Most members complied, though Chris remained neutral and stayed in contact with Warm. In April 2021, the fallout led Warm to leave and form a rival group called "Bird and Dino" alongside members like Popcorn, Chris, Alex, and 75_mes. Guava retained control of Union Dev with members including Kyle, Mars, Bob, Kaulin, and Sponge. Union Dev defeated the rival group in game-related conflicts, leading the former members of Bird and Dino to split off entirely. Warm and Popcorn then teamed up with Nick, Chris, and Alex to launch a new project called "United Publications Inc." and founded a new virtual country group named "Uparnia."
